For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bet729 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the bet729 Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's bet729 Account, from which deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, matched deposit bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by bet729 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" means PKR deposited by the Player directly from their own JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account into their bet729 PKR Wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a qualifying deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan, used for identity and age verification purposes.
• "Regulatory Authority" means the international gaming authority under whose license bet729 operates and to whose standards the Platform is required to comply.

By accessing the bet729 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the bet729 Platform is strictly limited to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies without exception to all users of the Platform regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by bet729 for violations of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the bet729 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

bet729 reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time, including but not limited to requesting copies of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bet729 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your password and must not share login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify bet729 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• bet729 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

All financial transactions on the bet729 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet729 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which bet729 bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank). Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmed receipt by bet729's payment processor.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the cashier page. bet729 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

bet729 operates a strict policy against the use of third-party payment accounts. All funds deposited into your bet729 PKR Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered in another person's name will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.

bet729 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual offer. General bonus terms applicable across all bet729 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to Pakistani residents aged 21 years or older holding a fully verified bet729 account, unless the specific promotion states a narrower eligibility.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in Bonus Funds and associated winnings being voided.
• bet729 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed in good faith.
• One bonus per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, coordinated wagering, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and potentially the permanent closure of the account.

All bets placed on the bet729 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. bet729 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error has occurred — including but not limited to incorrect odds, typographical errors in market descriptions, or system malfunctions — regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time of placing the bet.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting — including PSL, international T20, and Test match markets — is governed by the sporting rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, International Cricket Council). Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned at bet729's discretion.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on the bet729 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG (random number generator) titles — are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title represents a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee any outcome in a single session.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the Platform.
• bet729 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per Player at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session, the round may be declared void and all placed bets returned to the Player's PKR Wallet.
• Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a software error, game bug, or technical malfunction will be considered void and will not be paid out.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bet729 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where legally required — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with Platform operations.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to obtain an unfair wagering advantage, including in live poker or other multiplayer game formats.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or spot-fixing in any sporting event available for betting on the Platform.
• Using the bet729 Platform to launder money or to conduct transactions that constitute or are designed to obscure the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the appearance of being located in a different jurisdiction.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at bet729 staff or other Platform users.

All content on the bet729 Platform — including but not limited to the bet729 brand name, logo, graphical elements, software, game titles, promotional materials, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet729 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from bet729.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software.
• Using the bet729 name, logo, or brand assets in any external communication without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of bet729 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet729 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

bet729 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bet729's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, telecommunications outages, or government-mandated platform restrictions) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereof.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bet729 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bet729 Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration and throughout your use of the Platform — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment data, and betting activity — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

bet729 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification partners) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

bet729 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bet729 account holders at no charge and can be activated at any time from the Account Settings panel:

bet729 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining in your PKR Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed violation of these Terms, bet729 reserves the right to forfeit any balance (Real Funds and Bonus Funds) remaining in the Account at the time of closure.

bet729 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — bet729 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing language, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed in the header section of this page.

Your continued use of the bet729 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure at [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet729's international gaming license is issued.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bet729, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bet729's internal customer support process.
